It was developed by the Australian Council for Educational Research and the Kulunga Research Network, Telethon Institute for Child Health Research with funding through the Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.

issues and strategies influencing Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander mental health and social and emotional wellbeing.
"Working Together" has had increasing authority and influence (over 45,000 copies distributed and 45,000 copies downloaded from the website since it's initial publication in 2010) in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mental health.
